Whether you're exploring hair replacement for the first time or looking for a new Lacelle piece, this video consultation is designed to help you find the perfect solution with expert guidance tailored to your individual needs.

During your consultation, we will:

• Discuss your lifestyle, preferences, and desired look.

• Review your head measurements to determine the best possible fit.

• Explore Lacelle styles, colors, lengths, and different cap options.

• Answer any questions about care, maintenance, customization, and the ordering process.
  

Before Your Appointment

If possible, please measure your head size before your consultation, have an idea of the hair length you'd like to try, and think about the colors you're most interested in. The more information you can provide beforehand, the better I can prepare for your consultation.

To make the appointment as productive as possible, please email your head measurements, inspiration photos (if you have any), and clear photos of yourself from the front before your consultation. This allows me to prepare a selection of suitable options in advance.

Appointment Information & Terms

Platform: Consultations take place via Google Meet. A meeting link will be sent to you once your appointment has been confirmed.

Booking: Please contact Emma before purchasing to arrange a suitable date and time.

Consultation Fee: The consultation fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from the purchase of a Lacelle wig if an order is placed within 6 months.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Following your consultation, you will receive personalized recommendations and, if requested, guidance on placing your order.
