Refresh and revive your Lacelle Wig with our Reboot service. Simply send in your Lacelle Wig (the original logo must still be attached or proof of purchase is required), and we'll use specialized clarifying treatments to restore the hair's softness and texture as much as possible. Before purchasing this service, please email photos of your Lacelle Wig to lacellecontact@gmail.com with the title ''Reboot request''.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from Lacelle.

Please note that we will do our best to restore your wig; however, results cannot be guaranteed. If the wig has not been properly maintained, the hair may already be weakened, and the restoration process may cause additional shedding or breakage. By booking this service, you acknowledge that Lacelle is not responsible if the hair cannot withstand the reboot process.

This service does not include ventilating or hair replacement.
