Service Requirements & Terms

Proof of Authenticity: The original Lacelle logo must be attached to the wig, or valid proof of purchase must be provided.

Style Requests: If you have a specific haircut or style in mind, please include reference photos when submitting your request.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from the Lacelle studio.

Please Note: Haircuts are permanent and cannot be undone. While every effort will be made to achieve your desired result, the final outcome may vary depending on the condition, density, length, and previous alterations of your wig.

This service does not include ventilation, hair replacement, color changes, or repairs to the lace or cap.
